For the convenience of customers, we provide multiple payment options. Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic deliveries.

All online transactions are processed through our payment gateway partner PayUMoney. We do not store any card or bank information with us. The transactions are safely and securely processed on the PayUMoney gateway website and all compliance is duly followed.
We accept all international payments via Paypal. You can pay with your credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account. International payments are accepted in USD. All credit cards (including Visa/MasterCard/AmericanExpress) are accepted.
GLASS FITTING OF TANJORE PAINTINGS
All framed Tanjore paintings are fitted with unbreakable acrylic glass so that there is no breakage in transit and they will arrive safely and securely. For bulk order customers, please contact us for packaging questions.
Is Free Shipping available within India?
Yes! We ship free of charge for orders above 3000 INR to all destinations in India.
What is the delivery time for orders (ready to buy paintings) within and outside India?
India / About 3-5 days.
Rest of the World / 7-14 days.
What are the shipping rates for International orders?
Please get in touch with us for more information on this. We’ll work out the best rate and carrier to get the package safely and securely to you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope you love our paintings! You are welcome to notify us and return any purchase within 7 days of delivery.
Please send us an email ([email protected]) with name, order number and a short description of why it will be returned (this will help us to improve our work and service).
You will receive an email with info with address and how to return the product.
The product must be returned unused and in perfect condition in the original packaging. Please note that upon return, if the painting is damaged due to incorrect/inadequate packaging, we are unfortunately not able to proceed with the refund.
Returns can be made using any courier service or post of your choice. However it is required that it is safely and securely packaged to ensure no damage is caused to the painting in transit. Please take extra care to make sure that it reaches us safely.
As soon as we have received your returned package we will send you a confirmation if the return request has been processed and approved, and then we will transfer the amount of purchase minus our shipping charge. Additionally the return shipping cost is covered by you and will not be refunded. We will refund payment to the same payment method used during purchase.
