Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please reach us at +919741777447
• We’ll not be able to cancel the order after it has been shipped.
• If cancellation is accepted before it ships, we’ll refund the amount minus the payment gateway fees(because this is not refunded to us by payment providers).
• Cancellations, returns, refunds are not available for custom orders or custom made paintings.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns in case of damages if reported to us within 2 days after delivery but not for other reasons.
• We take great care in packing so you will never receive a damaged package or painting.
• In the very very rare case of damage, we request you to share pics of the damage immediately for our review.
• If the return is approved, as soon as the package is received by us, we will refund the amount to your account.
• We do not offer exchanges at the moment.
